With a blend of Horween’s full grain ‘flesh out’ leather for the main upper, and chromexcel ‘pull-up’ leather for the overlay, these eye catching moccasins boast comfort and quality above all others. This mid-century inspired Chukka has been hand-sewn by incredibly skilled craftspeople, using traditional techniques which have stood the test of time for good reason. Ball bearing lacing hooks add a touch of interest to the design, a feature used in 1940’s ski boots, brought into the present day with brilliant effect.
Hand-sewn, and hand-lasted onto Yuketen’s proprietary last, the ‘All Handsewn’ Chukka features veg-tanned leather insoles and midsoles, as well as a Vibram ‘Morflex’ bottom sole, constructed from nine layers of rubber and leather, with a steel shank at it’s core for durability, and orthopaedic integrity. Cowhide laces offer the finishing touch to this beautiful pair of shoes, while the brand’s logo has been branded into the insole for quality assurance.
