This new L-2a flight jacket from Buzz Rickson of Japan, offers comfort in the lighter months, and features a breathable cotton shell, but much of the military detailing of its heavy hitting nylon counterparts. A densely woven 100% cotton has been used for the outer shell of this model, and a cotton blend full inner lining has been added for comfort.

The short cut, boxy shape of the L-2 is present, for that classic vintage look, while ribbed cuff, collar, and sleeve allow for the perfect comfort fit. A sleeve utility pocket has been added for functionality on this civilian model, and two further button flap pockets are found at the waist.

A durable military spec zippier has been added as the front closure, with an iconic nylon oxygen tank tab located just to the left for period correct detailing. The brand have finished this piece off with a beautifully designed rayon brand patch, which signifies a stamp of quality assurance.
