Micky Oye
X Brian Bent Aloha Shirt - Sky Blue
This option from Germany’s Micky Oye has been inspired by Japan’s close historical connection with Hawaii, with traditional Kimono designs being used for Aloha shirts since the 1920’s. The shirt's name 'Wailani' translates to "heavenly water" or "water from the heavens".
This traditional relaxed fit shirt is cut from a luxurious viscose rayon, which feels supremely comfortable against the skin, while the relaxed fit allows for superb breathability. An open collar adds to this shirt’s laid back style, and coconut buttons create an added touch of heritage authenticity. Each shirt comes neatly packed in it’s own beautifully designed storage box.
Large
This garment fits large, we recommend a size down.
A brand that has a huge respect for the fascinating history of the Hawaiian shirt, Micky Oye stays as faithful as possible to the roots of the garment, creating pieces with beautifully colourful and authentic prints. Paying respect to the East-Asian roots of the Aloha, these pieces use accurate design elements from prints, to material, to coconut buttons.
