TOYS McCOY
Herringbone Twill Dockers Work Shirt - Khaki
+1 Colour
The MA-1 is a favourite here at Son of a Stag for its undeniable versatility, this new iteration from the good people of TOYS McCOY takes inspiration from one of the Greats, Steve McQueen - commemorating what would have been his 95th birthday. In his final film, The Hunter (1980), McQueen famously wore a 1970s style MA-1, the MIL-J-8279E, distinctive for its reversible construction. This TOYS version stays loyal to the original design with a sage green outer nylon layer and a rescue orange inner layer, which can (you guessed it) be reversed so that the orange lining is on the outside. The Nylon twill design features a 100% wool padding for insulation and wool ribbed neck, cuffs and hem for that distinctive flight jacket structure. The sage side features a utility pocket on the arm and two buttoned flapped, wool lined, hand warmer pockets. The orange side features a locker loop on the back, two vertical buttoned closed pockets, and a playful costume department patch, with the name, Steve McQueen.
