Warehouse & Co have been working quietly away with their sub label ‘Dubbleworks’ for some time now to create some of the best vintage inspired reproduction garments on the market. In this example, Dubbleworks have created a trouser which is an iconic, and easily recognisable piece of military history. This mid-century style fatigue trouser became standard issue by the United States Military, and was much loved for its simple design, solid construction and versatility. The loose straight shape of this trouser makes it incredibly comfortable to wear, whilst the mid-weight rinsed denim breaks in brilliantly over time. Double felled seams on each side of the leg and down the seat ensure the solid construction of these trousers, whilst two rear flap pockets and two side entry front pockets have been added for simple functionality. The back buttons are decorated with the iconic 13 star design. All in all this faithful interpretation of the fatigue pant is very easy to wear, and it is easy to see why this design was kept by the U.S. Army for so many years.
