Freewheelers & Co
'Wind Master' Winter Flying Jacket - Red Brown
The Vanishing West range of denim by Freewheelers has gained itself an enviable reputation amongst denim purists, and with good reason. This brand put a wealth of knowledge into everything they do, and overlook no detail in the production process. This 1933 Type-I model denim jacket features nuanced detail such as a slightly smaller branded button, which has been lightly coated in anti-rust, and a wider spread collar than other versions.
Cut in a short, boxy shape from a rinsed 14oz fabric, this iconic jacket offers a selvedge button plate, sewn in knife pleats, a single chest pocket with punch through copper rivets and button flap, and a custom manufactured cinch buckle to adjust the shape of the waist. Sizes 44 and 46 offer a period correct 'T-Back' construction.
True To Size
This garment fits true to size, we recommend buying your usual size.
Embodying the spirit of the American frontier, Freewheelers & Co craft their garments with a level of detail and care which is almost unparalleled. Pulling design elements from across the 20th century, the brand creates luxuriously thick deck and flight jackets, intricately sewn work-shirts, classic cut jeans, and much more. In fact, several sub-labels divide the collection into distinct periods, so there’s a plethora to choose from.
