Exchanges & Returns
If you're not fully content with any item you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are unused and maintain the original saleable condition you received them.
Once we have received your return, you will be eligible for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be undamaged in the original packaging.

United States - 15 USD
European Union - 15 EUR
Australia - 35 AUD
Canada - 30 CAD
Switzerland - 20 CHF
Hong Kong - 180 HKD
Rest of World - £20 GBP
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once your return has arrived back with us, we aim to process it within 1–2 working days. As soon as this is complete, you’ll receive an email confirming that your refund has been issued.
Please note that refunds can take up to 5–7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is found to be faulty.
We do our best to offer a fair and flexible returns policy to make your experience with us as straightforward as possible. We also keep an eye on patterns of frequent or repeated returns that fall outside of our policy.
If we believe that orders are being placed for reasons other than personal use — or in a way that goes against our terms and conditions — we may need to review the account. In certain cases, repeat returns made for commercial purposes may also be subject to additional fees to cover handling and processing.
Where this occurs, we reserve the right to refuse future orders or close the account entirely. Our aim is always to keep things honest and fair for all our customers.
