If you're not fully content with any item you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are unused and maintain the original saleable condition you received them. 

Once we have received your return, you will be eligible for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be undamaged in the original packaging.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

• If you purchased your item(s) using a 'Gift Card', your refund will be processed back to the Gift Card you used to purchased, we are only able to process refunds to your original payment method.
• If you are using your own returns shipping method, you are responsible for any loss in transit until it arrives at our returns address.
• Any refunds will not include the original shipping charge.
• The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
• We aim to process your return within 24 hours or receiving it, please account for additional processing times which are beyond our control.
• Non-returnable items: Altered Jeans, Gift Cards, Magazines, Socks, Underwear.
