Delivery

Your order will be shipped through a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, ensuring hassle-free import clearance, tax payment, and duty settlement. Your checkout will reflect charges inclusive of your local tax rate and duties, presenting your final payment amount. No additional charges, guaranteed.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this will take longer during Sale.

If one or more items are coming from another location, the delivery time frame may be longer.

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting 'My Orders'.

UK Next Day Delivery: 7 GBP

• Usually dispatched same day if ordered before midday.
• Delivered between 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
• Orders are typically fulfilled by DHL. However, for certain regions, or due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative carrier may also be utilised to meet the expedited delivery timeline 

International Express Air Courier: (Delivery costs vary on location)

• Free on orders above location threshold, check your cart for full details.
• Usually dispatched same day if ordered before midday.
• Delivered between 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
• Orders are typically fulfilled by DHL. However, for certain regions, or due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative carrier may also be utilised to meet the expedited delivery timeline.

At SON OF A STAG, we take great care in making sure your order reaches you safely. Every parcel is insured against theft and accidental damage while it’s on its way. Once your order has been delivered to the address you’ve provided and signed for, that insurance cover comes to an end.

If you happen to miss your delivery, our courier will make two further attempts to get your parcel safely to you.

We work with DHL Express, a trusted name in international delivery, to bring your order directly to your door. DHL offers a service called On Demand Delivery (ODD), which gives you the freedom to manage your delivery once it’s on the move.

When your parcel leaves us, DHL will be in touch by email or text message to let you know it’s on its way. If ODD is available in your area, you’ll receive a link to their website, where you can make adjustments using your tracking number.

Schedule Your Delivery
If the suggested delivery date doesn’t suit, you can choose another day within the next five working days — and in some areas, even select a time slot that works best for you.

Signature Release
If you’d prefer not to sign for your parcel, you can choose to have it left in a safe place. Please note that if you remove the signature requirement, Son of a Stag and DHL can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered.

Leave with a Neighbour
You can request for your order to be left with a neighbour — simply let DHL know their house number and any other instructions. As above, once the delivery has been completed, responsibility for the parcel passes to you.

Collect from a DHL Service Point or Parcel Locker
A practical and more sustainable option.

If you won’t be at home, you can choose to collect your order from a local DHL Service Point or InPost Locker. ODD will show you the nearest collection points, and DHL will let you know when your parcel is ready.

To collect your parcel, you’ll need:

• A valid photo ID (passport or driving licence)
• The email or text notification from DHL

If your parcel isn’t collected within the time window provided, it will be returned to the DHL depot.

Vacation Hold
If you’re away, you can ask DHL to hold your delivery for up to 30 days until you’re ready to receive it.
