ONI’s new stripe fabric is the result of meticulous experimentation with a ‘drop needle’ technique, which causes these beautiful lines in the fabric without losing strength or integrity. On the lighter side of the scale for the brand, this denim weighs in at just 12 ounces, and boasts a loose weave which makes this fabric incredibly supple and easy to wear.
This traditional wide-leg ‘baker pant’ style draws influence from the early days of American workwear, with simple pocket construction, and flat felled seams throughout. Custom branded donut buttons have been used for the fly closure, while buttoned waist epaulettes allow the shape of the top block to be easily cinched in for comfort. For a final touch of heritage style, the brand have faced the waistband with a 100% cotton chambray fabric, and have added one of their custom woven rayon brand patches for quality assurance.
