For both the clothing we wear and the places we choose to spend our time, a similar fact rings true: you're your best when you're able to find that special mix of comfort and style. Essentially, feeling good is just as important as looking good. So, as the colder weather rolls in across the UK, and we trade parks for pubs and shirts for jackets, we're searching for the pieces and places that blend luxury with comfort.
Our latest deliveries for the autumn and winter season have brought plenty of clothing that fits the bill. Heavyweight Heimat jumpers that feel as sturdy as they do comfortable, soft new knitwear from Smith Sato Suzuki that bring pops of colour, premium leathers from Shangri-La Heritage and Buzz Rickson's, and boots to stand up to whatever the weather throws at you.
To show these pieces off, we’ve chosen a space that meets our criteria too. Since opening its doors in 1998, Home House has never been one to do things by the book. Set across three spectacular Georgian townhouses in the heart of Marylebone, it’s a place where heritage meets a little eccentricity, and where no two rooms or experiences are quite the same.
The grand interiors, unexpected details and wonderfully eclectic mix of old and new - from the grand staircase to the beautifully distinctive Etruscan Room and beyond - are key talking points, captivating members and guests alike. Every corner of the house has its own personality and is never short on style.
So, when it came to finding a backdrop for this season’s favourite looks, nowhere else quite cut it. Towards the end of the day, we moved to the club’s newly opened Cedric’s Pub, where we were treated to a selection of classic British dishes, alongside beers on tap and decadent cocktails.
