Field Notes

This offering from Japan’s Freewheelers & Co takes its influence from 1930’s American work-shirts. Constructed from 100% cotton, the fabric has a brushed interior for a shirt that is as comfortable as it is durable. With box pleated patch pockets, triple stitched construction, and reinforced elbows, this shirt is packed with heritage details. A tasteful chain stitch run off rounds off the hem and a union label is stitched on the inside of the placket.

Unparalleled detail

Embodying the spirit of the American frontier, Freewheelers & Co craft their garments with a level of detail and care which is almost unparalleled. Pulling design elements from across the 20th century, the brand creates luxuriously thick deck and flight jackets, intricately sewn work-shirts, classic cut jeans, and much more. In fact, several sub-labels divide the collection into distinct periods, so there’s a plethora to choose from.
