ONI 622RC 16oz Natural Indigo Red Caliper Regular Tapered Jean - One Wash

ONI’s 622RC is a beautifully soft and slubby jean which elegantly toes the line between heritage and modern design. The 16oz denim has been carefully rinsed to remove any excess shrinkage and further soften the fabric, and has been woven super loose to achieve that rough and imperfect slub that denim lovers have come to expect from the brand. The unique, uneven texture has been achieved by making each 6th weft and warp irregular, which has been combined with a technique of adjusting the tension of the weft thread so that it resembles more traditional low speed shuttle looms. Never ones to cut any corners, the beautiful deep blue of these jeans has been created by forgoing the modern synthetic dying process in favour of a natural indigo, rope-dying method. The fades which can be achieved through this denim draws in customers from all over the world, and the construction of this fabric ensures that these jeans will get softer and more comfortable wear on wear. The 622 is a relaxed tapered jean with a classic 5-pocket construction at the top. The medium rise on the waist makes this jean very comfortable to wear, whilst a little extra room is provided through the thigh as it tapers gradually down to the ankle. This jean is as flattering as it is comfortable. With solid construction features like riveted back pockets, and universal copper rivets throughout, as well as raised belt loops and heavy duty bar tacks, the 622 is made to last. The jean features soft tobacco coloured stitching throughout for a super crisp look, and demonic red bar tacks on the rear pockets.
