Originally manufactured in the early years of the 1940’s, this NAF1168 style flight jacket has been carefully reproduced by the good people at Warehouse & Co with superb results. A full Alpaca lining has been included on this short cut, boxy shaped jacket to provide essential warmth when at altitude, while metal eyelets have been included in the underarm for breathability. A heavy cotton cloth has been used for the outer shell, which has been woven on vintage looms to produce an incredibly authentic feel to the touch.

A knitted wool collar, cuff, and waistband have been included for protection form the elements, and the perfect comfort fit, while a set of period correct ‘D’ pockets have been added to the waist. For the front closure the brand have included a durable Talon zipper with leather zip tab, which gives way to a protective wind flap.
